Manager, Graphic Design

We are looking for someone passionate about digital design, who has excellent craft capability and has experience leading teams to execute high-quality, world-class designs. Responsibilities include managing our Design Team to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

A strong consulting mindset, while also being able to navigate corporate structures. Good experience in leading engagements and growing relationships with existing clients on both local and international levels. This role will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

We'll trust you to

•  Collaborate with stakeholders to design and prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Prepare client-ready proposals, reports, and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a strong commitment to meeting deliverables within tight timelines.
• Translate consultants' messaging into clear, on-brand design output.
• Maintain and update various decks/presentations for client pitches and proposals.
• Oversee multiple design projects, monitor timelines, and address issues collaboratively.
• Manage and grow the design team, potentially overseeing multiple designers in the future.
• Provide tailored constructive feedback to team members and help in their professional growth.
• Similar work with professional services firms (consulting, accounting, law, banking, strategy firms, etc.) will be preferred.

10+ years of experience working in the Design and graphics space and with corporate templates

Expert at using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to prepare finished, client-ready proposals, reports, newsletters, and other presentation documents.

Knowledge or Certification course in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud / Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Expertise in other Design works including video editing, Design tools and software etc.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to requirements of the role

Proven track record of working effectively in teams.

Experience in managing design requests from stakeholders and providing timely updates.

Ability to prioritize the workload and manage time effectively to meet the deadlines.
