  • Manage key components of the operating rhythm, including fiscal planning inputs, quarterly business review materials, performance updates, and strategy refresh activities.
  • Translate strategic pillars (Deeper Relationships, Simple & Faster, Disciplined Execution) into practical workplans, milestones, and measurable deliverables.
  • Partner with Finance, Workforce Strategy, and business partners to support FTE planning, cost discipline, and investment prioritization analysis.

  • Support control automation, call-monitoring AI, continuous monitoring dashboards, and eGRC platform integration workstreams.
  • Partner with internal technology teams to enable safe, practical, and responsible adoption of new tools and capabilities.
  • Develop supporting analysis for business cases, including ROI, risk reduction, capacity creation, and colleague experience benefits.

Reporting, Insights & Executive Communications

  • Support the modernization of G&C’s reporting ecosystem by helping shift reporting toward an insight-driven model that elevates risk signals and enables proactive decision-making.
  • Use automation, data visualization, and Power BI to improve consistency, speed, accuracy, and usability of recurring reporting.
  • Prepare high-quality materials including operational insights, risk narratives, performance scorecards, audit/regulatory updates, and quarterly results packages.
  • Improve reporting quality by applying clear storytelling, simplified visuals, and actionable insights.
  • Support the VP and senior leadership team with strategic presentations, town halls, leadership team materials, and enterprise submission inputs.

Risk Culture, Brand, & Stakeholder Management

  • Support initiatives that strengthen TD Wealth’s risk culture through insights, education, storytelling, and proactive partnership with 1A.
  • Coordinate and help deliver key colleague experience programs and events including Pulse, Reward and Recognition (R&R), and Town Halls.
