  • Prepare and issue RFQs/RFIs/RFPs, build bid comparison and total-cost models, and conduct market/price benchmarking using third-party intelligence sources. Evaluate suppliers and analyze bids based on such criteria as cost, quality and capability. Communication.

Contract Lifecycle & Compliance Management

  • Coordinate third-party risk and compliance reviews with Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, AI governance, Insurance and Tax, and track items to closure prior to execution.

Spend Analytics & Financial Reporting

  • Maintain spend visibility, analytics and reporting for the assigned portfolio — renewal calendars, contract trackers, savings logs and dashboards used for leadership reporting.

  • Track and document in-year savings and cost-avoidance results, prepare supporting calculations, and submit for Finance validation against annual targets.

Supplier Performance & Operational Excellence

  • Support supplier relationship and performance management — maintain scorecards, prepare QBR materials, and flag redundant or overlapping tools for rationalization.

  • Apply AI/automation tools within sourcing operations and provide day-to-day work direction and quality review to Analyst and contractor resources on assigned events.

  • Scope: Manages sourcing activities for assigned IT sub-categories, including strategic sourcing events, contract lifecycle management, supplier performance oversight, spend analytics, stakeholder engagement, and compliance activities across brands and corporate service areas.
