As Manager of Levi’s Global Social Media, you show a clear ability to develop social strategies and champion social first creative rooted in guest insights and channel best practices while navigating the social landscape.

You will report into the Director of Global Social Media and will work onsite at our San Francisco Headquarters three times per week.

About the Job:

  • Develop Global social media strategies that supports Levi’s strategic marketing plan and key goals. 

  • Be a subject matter expert for all social platforms and social tools globally, driving innovation and new ideas.

  • Build daily relationships with key social media platforms, partners to stay up to date on the latest innovations and best practices in creative execution. 

  • Partner with Global Social Media agency by providing clear briefs and managing bespoke social content development workstreams. 

  • Ensure social budgets and timelines are met across projects and workstreams. 

  • Provide expertise and best practices to influencer work. 

  • Use social listening and analytics tools, glean insight from output and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 

  • Mentor junior team members and expresses command and influence in uniting the team 

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media. Agency or brand experience applies. 

  • In depth understanding of how key social media platforms and their respective algorithms work 

  • Have a history of being able to work with creative teams and strategists.

  • Can build strong briefs, coordinating execution through external partners or other team members. 

  • High aesthetic standards and creative judgment and understanding of how to story- tell on social media 

  • Have an excellent understanding of how to analyze social content and strategies, and both organic and paid data. Work with data teams to turn insights into applicable recommendations. 

  • Present projects and collect and act on feedback from a broad group of team members

The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300 - $120,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
