- Standards & Continuous Improvement: Drive consistent adoption of standard GBS processes, templates, and tools during transitions. Identify practical process improvements and automation opportunities (e.g. workflow enhancements, best practice harmonization, automation tools/ processes) that arise during migrations, and feed these insights to the appropriate teams for implementation.
- Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for transitions (e.g. knowledge transfer completion, process stabilization metrics, service level attainment). Use data to track transition success and drive accountability for meeting quality and timeline targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.)
- Experience: Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in finance operations, shared services, or GBS environments. This should include substantial hands-on experience managing complex process transitions or migrations (preferably across multiple countries or business units).

- Process Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of finance processes (AP, AR, GL) and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) in the context of process migration or shared services implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable presenting status and issues to senior finance and business stakeholders. Fluent English is required.

- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and a track record of driving process improvements or standardization initiatives.
