SUMMARY:
The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for developing forecasts and budgets, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational results, and developing joint venture proformas.
Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Hybrid Expectations will be to come into office two days a week.
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

5+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.

Requires advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with developing PowerPoint presentations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong financial acumen

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Lead the development, coordination, and execution of the company's annual budgeting process, working closely with various departments and joint venture partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Prepare accurate, detailed financial forecasts, incorporating historical data, market trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.

Monitor and analyze variances while identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions as needed.

Provide in-depth analysis of financial results, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas of concern for senior management and joint venture partners.

Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of strategic projects.

Work closely with Business Development team to evaluate potential Joint Venture partnerships.

Create proformas for new Joint Venture partnerships.
