As a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be a key member of our FP&A team, providing critical financial insights and support to drive business performance. Qualifications

You Have

  • Master's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field is required with minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, business control, or consulting is essential.
  • Strong quantitative skills, with expertise in financial analysis, modelling, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with modern analytical tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions in finance is preferred.
  • Independent and structured work style, with a collaborative mindset and a global perspective.
  • Hands-on approach, able to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
