The Reporting, Audit & Tax Manager is responsible for general accounting, SOX and audit compliance for Par Formulations. The Manager is also responsible for implementation of a Compliance tools and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description

Support for Statutory Financials Closure for all entities

  • Statutory Financials Preparation for all the entities as per Ind AS.
  • Co-ordination with Auditors.
  • preparation of workings related to the same.
  • General Ledger Scrutiny
  • Quarterly financials preparation
  • Co-ordination with Internal team for the flow of data to auditors.

Support for month End Closure

  • Review of the monthly financials with preparation of debit notes for True Up Income and
  • Sharing Intercompany confirmations to US.
  • Support in forming and approving the entries,
  • Maintenance of Documentation as per the requirements of SOX and Internal Financial controls. Approving the controls on Align GRC.
  • Maintenance of Checklists.
  • GL Reconciliation in One stream.

Support in entity Merger

  • Support in entity merger related activities

Support to Tax and Other Activity

  • Support for Tax Audits, Assessments etc. as per the requirements.
  • Support for Preparation of financials for Advance Tax compliances.
  • Support in APA related activities.
  • RODTEP and other such schemes of Department of Commerce or other Ministry
  • Dealing with cross functions for data collections.
  • SAP related support for any modifications and Enhancements

Qualification and Experience

CA with 7-10 years of relevant experienc
