Manager FP&A is responsible for driving group-wide financial reporting and planning activities. He/she is also actively involved in driving financial analysis that facilitate effective business steering and value creation. The role also involves support of Group management in investor/ capital markets analytics and implies active collaboration across the business within and outside Finance.
Key responsibilities:

Prepare timely analyses and presentations for executive committee on a wide range of subjects

Lead all aspects of activities related to long term planning, annual budget, and outlook

Provide support in investor communication: crafting narrative, driving financial analyses, supporting presentation of investor communication materials

Lead preparation of strategic financial analyses to facilitate strategic capital allocation and business portfolio decisions

Monitor business performance indicators, analyze variations to identify root causes and drivers, anticipate potential risks and propose mitigating actions/plans

Proactively work on improvements of reporting and planning processes

Build and maintain collaborative relationship with other finance teams and business
Key requirements:

Master Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

Proven experience in Finance organizations in high-profile multi-nationals, Corporate or Investment Banking, Consulting/Big 4

Experience working in a matrix organization

Good collaboration, agility and interpersonal skills

Strong customer focus and work towards result

Fluent in English
