We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy finance professional to manage core accounting functions, develop insightful MIS reports, and leverage advanced Excel and AI tools to enhance financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in financial management, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional teams and drive strategic decision-making.

Job Description:

Accounting:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Management Information Systems (MIS):

• Develop and maintain MIS reports to support decision-making processes.

• Analyse financial data and provide insights to management for strategic planning.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the MIS system.

• Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize financial software and systems.

Excel and AI Expertise:

• Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to analyze and present financial data.

• Develop and automate financial models and reports using Excel and AI tools.

• Implement AI-driven solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and financial technology.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to gather and analyse financial information.

• Provide training and support to team members on Excel and AI tools.

• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification is a plus.

• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in service Industry. 5-6 years of working experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and macros.

• Experience with AI tools and technologies in a financial context.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Personal Attributes:

• Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.

• Experience in Powerpoint presentation & Word

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
