We are seeking a
Manager, Executive Office to support the executive office of their Co-Founder and Co-Chairwoman, working at the intersection of creative production and senior leadership. This role is central to how the executive office operates—balancing complex scheduling, coordinating production-related work, and managing information flow—so our executive can focus on creative leadership and strategic decision-making.

This is a high-trust role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys managing complexity, and understands how to support a senior leader whose time spans productions, internal leadership, board engagements, and external partners. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position is on-site five days a week at Tribeca’s NYC offices and requires flexibility for occasional after-hours and weekend support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive’s master calendar and daily priorities
  • Balance production schedules with senior leadership, staff, and board commitments
  • Coordinate meetings, prep materials, and follow-ups
  • Track action items, deadlines, and next steps across productions and executive initiatives
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between the executive office, production teams, and senior staff
  • Maintain organized records and process expenses and invoices
  • Provide leadership and direction to additional support staff, and intern fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment

Qualifications
You’re highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. You have strong instincts around prioritization and judgment, communicate clearly, and anticipate needs before they become urgent. You’re comfortable navigating fast-moving creative environments and balancing multiple priorities at once. This role is ideal for someone who derives satisfaction from enabling great work rather than having the spotlight.
  • 4+  years of experience supporting a senior executive or producer in Film, TV, Media, or Live Events in a Executive or Personal Assistant capacity
  • Working knowledge of production workflows and terminology
  • Strong proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook), Microsoft Office, and production or project management tools
  • Excellent judgment and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proven discretion and experience handling confidential information
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including clear follow-ups and prioritization
  • Prior experience managing a team member, intern, as needed
  • Local travel within NYC during business day as needed
  • Proficient with technical meeting set ups

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary range: $90,000 – 98,000
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Retirement plan
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a creative, mission-driven organization
