We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Senior Developer / Technical Architect with 12–15 years of strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, ABAP, RAP, CAP, and Fiori technologies. The candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise digital transformation initiatives, designing scalable and clean-core SAP architectures, and leading global implementation programs across business domains such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in modern SAP development models, enterprise integration, AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, and cloud-native extension development using SAP BTP.
Responsibilities• Lead and architect SAP S/4HANA technical solutions aligned with clean-core and extensibility principles.
• Design and develop SAP BTP-based applications and extensions using CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, and SAP Build solutions.
• Drive enterprise transformation programs involving SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership across ABAP on HANA developments including CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and Gateway services.
• Architect scalable integrations and extension frameworks using SAP BTP services and APIs.
• Lead implementation of AI-enabled applications, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, and enterprise portal solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance standards, security guidelines, and clean-core strategy.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, performance optimization, and solution architecture discussions.
• Mentor and guide development teams across global delivery locations.
• Manage vendor/partner coordination and support project governance activities.
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, transport management, and cloud deployment strategies within SAP landscapes.
QualificationsSAP Core Technologies - SAP ABAP on HANA(CDS) AMBDP), SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP Gateway & OData Services, SAP Workflow, Adobe Forms, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP Fiori / SAP UI5, OData APIs
• Experience in SAP Clean Core architecture and side-by-side extensibility.
• Exposure to SAP AI/Joule capabilities and enterprise AI integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM and modern SAP landscape architecture.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API-based architectures.
• Exposure to multi-country/global SAP rollout programs.
