We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager of Employee Experience & Internal Communication to join our team!

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an engaging work environment that promotes a sense of community and belonging. You will create and implement activities and events for employees according to our employee engagement journey and strategy, build the internal cultural agenda for Italy and Italy Hub, and coordinate local/corporate projects and initiatives.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing internal communication, collaborating with other teams (Sesto Manufacturing and Italy Hub team) and crafting the internal narrative for GM and Leadership, ensuring that our strategic vision and goals are clearly communicated and embraced by all employees in this exciting period of growth, transformation and opportunities for our organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement roadmap;

  • Implement a strategic and engaging cultural agenda across the HUB;

  • Maximize communication campaigns for internal launches;

  • Enhance prevention and disease awareness campaigns;

  • Sponsor wellness, well-being, and lifestyle initiatives for employees;

  • Develop and foster internal communication across the HUB;

  • Recognize achievements through Reward & Recognition awards organization;

  • Manage cross-functional groups across the HUB;

  • Craft internal narrative for GM and Leadership

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in Internal Communication or Marketing Communication in multinational companies;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and capabilities to align with voice and style of different internal stakeholders (such as top leadership);

  • Proficiency in basic graphic design, including the ability to create visually appealing content;

  • Knowledge of digital tools and internal communication platforms, such as intranet, messaging software, and information management systems;

  • Experience in managing complex internal corporate events and related projects, including coordinating with third parties and overseeing the strategic design and development;

  • Ability to create and implement a PED (editorial plan) with related deliverables;

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with a minimum level of B2;

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capability of handling multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Leadership and indirect leadership skills;

  • Ability to work cross-functionally;

  • Project planning skills;

  • Innovative and strategic thinking skills;

  • Business acumen;

  • Learning agility.
