ABOUT THE ROLE

The Manager, Digital Media plays an important role on the Digital Media team, responsible for the performance and campaign executions primarily across Search (including PMAX, Demand Gen, Apple Search Ads) and YouTube. You understand how Search and Online Video platforms function, how bids relate to media performance and campaign efficiency, and will have a deep executional understanding of acquisition media across the Search, YouTube and the Google ecosystem. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Global Channel ownership and execution of Peloton Paid Search (text and shopping), PMax, YouTube, campaigns including:
    • Strategy
    • Forecasting
    • Budget management
    • Ongoing optimization
    • Weekly reporting including creation and maintenance of dashboards
    • Testing calendars
    • Creative management with internal team and external agency
    • Relationship management with publisher and agency partners
    • Media tag management
  • Activation of media including optimization & budget management, testing and experiment design in partnership with our media agency.
  • Audience planning, campaign management & optimization, measurement planning and data application
  • Drive improved performance through ad hoc analysis to assess how we can improve performance on a weekly basis
  • Manage campaign budgets and advise on recommended campaign optimization.
  • Critically evaluate data sources, inventory and media platforms to create a competitive advantage
  • Working with internal & external creative agencies to coordinate channel specific creative.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, in-platform experiments, optimizing landing pages and user funnels

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 4+ years proven expertise in Search and YouTube media execution
  • Deep AdWords experience
  • Experience in SA360 and DV360 a plus
  • Mobile Measurement Partner/MMP experience preferred (AppsFlyer)
  • Knowledge of ad tech landscape including areas such as event management (GTM or Segment), audience platforms, measurement, creative tools / DCO for social channels.
  • Acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaign management experience
  • Familiarity working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with A/B, multivariate, incrementality & conversion lift testing
  • Excellent skills in data-driven analysis
  • Proven track record of leading multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
  • Significant media-specific spreadsheet experience (pivot tables, vlookups, media formulas)
  • A clear understanding of pacing, flighting, and nuances of leading channel-specific budgets
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$133,800$180,400 USD
