We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of DevOps Engineering who is passionate about leading teams and driving technical excellence. The Manager of DevOps Engineering will oversee our DevOps initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations while mentoring and developing team members.


This position requires a strong understanding of DevOps principles, excellent leadership capabilities, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, high-performance work culture.


You will leverage your expertise and technical skills to work closely with DevOps Engineers, delivering quality solutions that enhance customer value, reduce costs, and eliminate operational inefficiencies

Responsibilities of the Manager of DevOps Engineering:

  • Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Design, build, and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.
  • Build, manage, and optimize solutions on Google Cloud, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments and efficient workflows.
  • Stay updated on the latest DevOps trends and technologies, including Kubernetes best practices, and drive their adoption within the team.

Qualifications of the Manager of DevOps Engineering:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills of the Manager of DevOps Engineering:

  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions based on the Grafana stack.
  • Certifications in GCP or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD.
