As a part of the Data Science team, you will be working on global product roadmap and market specific requirement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to experience your innovative solutions and use your data science skill set to create business impact.

  • Lead end to end development of data science solution using ML Ops.
  • Experience in leading high performance data science team
  • Deeper understanding of DS methodology, approaches, tools and been able to formulate a business problem into a solution.
  • Driving innovation through review / analysis on existing features to be scaled up or enhanced with ML/AI
  • Offering Data Science Excellence to team
  • Ensure sufficient testing standards are met across all the AI enable solutions
  • Guiding and mentoring team lead in bringing best Learning & Development plans for team members
  • Supporting team lead in growth plan formulation of team members
  • Possessing Strategic Thinking and helping DS team and product managers in shaping future roadmaps
  • Drive team engagement for sustainable high performance team
  • Foster learning & domain expertise within the team by driving a culture of constant learning
  • Ensuring all Agile practices and standards (sprint tracking, predictability, scope creep, success criteria, up-to-date board) are met
  • Working closely with Program Managers to meet expected Process Improvement Targets
  • Responsible for Collaboration with Data Engineering, BI and other teams within MIQ for end-to-end delivery
  • Identify opportunities for conferences, university collaborations, meetups and other team initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for team to be involved in org level initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
  • 10+ years of experience across Machine learning, Optimization, NLP, Deep Learning & Gen AI
  • Experience in managing high performance data science/analytics team .
  • End-to-end ML Implementation using ML Ops frameworks (code modularization, design, scaling)
  • Cloud Infrastructure, basic data engineering principles
  • Experiment testing framework (A/B Testing, hypothesis testing, Canary, Pre/Post)
  • Experience with at-least one programming language - Python, R (Exposure to multiple is a plus)
  • Experience of end-to-end data science solution development using agile framework.
  • Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
