Role Definition
Lead team to successfully execute Data and Analytics portfolio of projects that drive long-term business results in support of Strategic Projects, M&A and Divestures.• Deep knowledge of relevant business processes (Supply Chain and Retail Sales) and related technology solutions in Data and Analytics.• Experience managing the lifecycle of a large portfolio, leading project feasibility reviews, optimizing processes, identifying areas for improvement, reporting analyses, and coaching team. Manage not only the processes, but also the tools used to plan, create, assess, balance and communicate execution of portfolios.• Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing timelines.• Experience deploying new technology/tools in a complex and highly matrixed organization.• In depth understanding of M&A and Divestures.• Strong conceptual and analytic skills.• Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners.• Strong leadership that develops best-in-class to drive long-term business performance.
Key Responsibilities

5+ years of Project Management experience
3 + years Data and Analytics
3+ years in Supply Chain
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
BS or MS in Engineer or Analytics Preferred
Job specific requirements:• PMP Certification, Scrum or RTE Certification• Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Jira etc.• Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, React, Angular, Business Objects, etc.• Advanced skills in Microsoft• Technical Documentation
