Role overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Data Digital Analytics Lead. The candidate will act as a liaison for commercial team leveraging expertise in digital analytics to drive the digital opportunities, solving commercial goals and challenges through digital analytics implementation. He/she will also play a crucial role in navigating the challenges posed by the cookie apocalypse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage knowledge of digital analytics to strategically design solutions for customer journey analytics and experience personalization trough the usage of data and intelligences
- Act as the subject matter expert of our digital data assets, playing a key role in enabling/ driving digital opportunities, proposing solutions as a lever to solve commercial objectives and challenges
- Give guidance on strategies to overcome the challenges posed by the cookie apocalypse by ensuring seamless transitions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy-compliant and innovative solutions within digital trading and operations sphere.
- Provide guidance on utilizing data to optimize digital properties' performance, focusing on enhancing user experience and personalization. Identify key performance indicators and implement measurement frameworks to monitor and improve digital properties.
- Act as a liaison for commercial team to understand business goals and challenges by collaborating to define and implement data-driven solutions that increase customer value and drive prospect acquisition.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our digital analytics capabilities
Skills required:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Analytics, STEM, …)
- Good knowledge of strategic insights, business planning, process improvement and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate challenges posed by the cookie apocalypse.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics/recommendation/personalization tools (e.g. Adobe experience, analytics, launch, optimizely, tagging) with very good understanding of digital/MarTech systems
- Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- In-depth understanding of customer personalization, advanced targeting, and journey analytics
