About the Operations Analytics Team
The Operations Analytics team, within the Customer Engagement Services (CES) Insights & Analytics organization, partners with Operations, Product, Technology, and Business leaders to improve the performance of Walmart's Contact Center Operations and customer support ecosystem. We deliver executive-ready insights, lead operational performance reviews, investigate emerging trends, and identify opportunities that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and associate performance. - Partner with business leaders to identify operational opportunities, translate business questions into analytics, and influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
- Conduct exploratory analyses, root cause investigations, and performance deep dives to uncover opportunities that improve customer experience and operational excellence.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, visualizations, and compelling data stories that communicate business performance, trends, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensure high-quality, trusted data by identifying appropriate data sources, validating data quality, and supporting data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and measure business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), with experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and analytical programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root cause analysis, statistical analysis, and translating data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience communicating complex analytical findings to senior business leaders through clear storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
- Understanding of data management, data quality, and governance principles, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
