About The RoleWe’re looking for a thoughtful and adaptable Manager to join our growing DA&AI team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with others, values continuous learning, and is passionate about using data to support better decision-making and long-term success.
As a Manager, you’ll guide and support teams in delivering thoughtful, end-to-end data and AI solutions. You’ll collaborate with internal colleagues and client partners to co-design solutions that are both innovative and practical. This is a hands-on role that spans the full data lifecycle—from strategy and architecture to insights, automation, and ethical AI.
What You’ll Be Doing- Coordinate and contribute to data and AI projects across sectors such as finance, public sector, supply chain, and healthcare.
- Partner with clients to understand their needs and co-create solutions that are scalable, inclusive, and future-ready.
- Support and mentor teams of consultants and analysts, encouraging a culture of learning, curiosity, and shared success.
- Facilitate open and inclusive stakeholder conversations, ensuring everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
- Work with a range of technologies including Azure, Power BI, Python, SQL, and emerging GenAI tools.
- Help integrate AI/ML capabilities into workflows in ways that are ethical, transparent, and aligned with client values.
- Contribute to data strategy, architecture, and governance with a focus on clarity, alignment, and long-term value.
- Explore new tools and approaches that can enhance outcomes and create meaningful impact.
- Collaborate on business development through knowledge sharing, proposal input, and client engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in data, AI/ML, or technology consulting.
- A strong foundation in tools such as Azure (AI Search, Data Factory, SQL DB, Fabric), Power BI, Python, SQL, and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
- Experience supporting teams and delivering thoughtful, people-centred solutions in a client-facing environment.
- Familiarity with the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation to modelling and visualisation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
- A passion for mentoring, learning, and working across disciplines.
- Knowledge of data governance, cloud architecture, and data migration strategies.
- A mindset that is open, reflective, and focused on creating real value for people and organisations.
