Introduction to the job
We are looking for an experienced delivery manager that will be responsible for delivering global connectivity solutions, connecting ASML with our customer’s Fabs. In this context, connectivity means much more than the network layer. It also includes an industry specific layer of application services on top of the network. These services are used by our Development & Engineering, Customer Service and Manufacturing colleagues across the globe.
Next to delivering the services, you will also be responsible for the teams and suppliers that deliver these services. You will be part of the department Management Team. Do you think you’re the right candidate for this job? In that case we’re looking for you!
Role and responsibilities
You provide end-to-end services that enable ASML to install, support and improve our products at our customer’s facilities from our global offices. Good examples are Remote Tool Operation and Scheduled File Transfers. Next to a large running operation there are several big projects running in this context.
You will be delivering critical services in a demanding global industry, making this a challenging role.
As a delivery manager, you are responsible for:

Managing demand (incl. short-, mid- and long-term roadmaps)

Managing suppliers that are providing the key platforms and suppliers that are providing the support teams.

Managing service delivery and global deployment (incl. the triple constraints: time, budget, quality)

Managing stakeholders (end-user management, internal IT departments that your services depend on, etc).
As a people manager, you are responsible for managing the individuals in your scope.
As a MT member, you are responsible for:

Financial management (within your scope: annual budget, actuals, etc.)

Supporting and improving the department as a whole
Education & experience
Help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on hightech products and with complex processes. As Manager Customer Connectivity, you’ll need:

At least a MSc degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or equivalent experience
-
At least 8 years experience with building/ managing IT delivery teams
-
At least 5 years experience as a leader in a multi-team environment
-
At least 3 years experience with working with large IT suppliers & off-shoring
-
Preferably a technical background or a strong interest in technology
-
Experience in managing internationally distributed teams
-
Experience in an equivalent environment (size, complexity, industry, domain) is a strong plus

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
