The position
A very exciting opportunity has opened in Jersey! We're seeking a seasoned Corporate Services Manager to join our friendly team. You'll be tasked with leading, growing, and developing a team, whilst actively participating in business development and commercial activities. For the right candidate there are endless growth opportunities, and you'll work with great team members and clients!
Our Jersey Corporate Services Team provide a full suite of professional services to a U.K. and global client base. Our clients are most often large institutions with household names within their sector. Our core focus is private equity, private capital, global corporate mandates, and more bespoke solutions where needed. Given our exceptional client base, the team get the opportunity to work on a varied and sometimes complex set of assignments.

  • Operations and Financial
    • Responsible for client portfolio and team KPIs | Hands on | Effectively manage internal projects | Assist with management of wider corporate team, operational efficiency, and financial performance
  • Compliance and regulatory
    • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and contribute to enhancements | Proactive risk management of portfolio | Keep current with legal and regulatory developments | Drive knowledge sharing
  • Commercial
    • Promote commercial mindset | Actively participate in business development activity | Contribute to strategy for growth


Your profile

  • You're an established manager (people and technical) in a similar role, and have experience working within a regulated financial service environment
  • Ideally you hold a relevant professional qualification
  • You have a growth mindset and a keen interest to take part in business development activities
  • Client centric, you're adept at quickly building rapport and trusted relationships with client contacts
  • Knowledge of local legislation and good corporate governance practice
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
