Title: Manager / Assistant Manager, Corporate Development (APAC)


The Manager / Assistant Manager, Corporate Development (APAC) will provide support to the corporate development team in the sourcing, evaluation and execution of strategic opportunities, and play a critical role in ensuring execution discipline, visibility, and analytical rigor across live deals and strategic initiatives.

This role is designed as a hands-on execution and analysis position, combining financial modeling and business case development with strong coordination, tracking and follow-through across multiple work streams. This position reports to Senior Director, Corporate Development, APAC and works closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

The position is well-suited for a high-potential Manager who is analytically strong, highly reliable, and eager to grow into broader responsibility over time.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Deal execution & control: Support multiple live deals and strategic initiatives by maintaining clear workplans, milestone tracking, and execution discipline across all workstreams.
  • Financial modeling & analysis: Build and update financial models using established templates, run scenario and sensitivity analyses, and support valuation and investment decision‑making.
  • Due diligence & materials preparation: Review and synthesize due diligence outputs, and prepare first‑cut business cases, analyses, and internal approval materials.
  • Project coordination: Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of information, and ensure action plans are executed as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong financial modeling and evaluation analysis skills
  • Highly disciplined and reliable working style, with strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel work streams while maintaining clarity on priorities and deadlines
  • Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior internal audiences
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, deal driven environment with periods of heightened intensity
  • Superb time management and organizational skills as well as superior attention to details
  • Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities for efficiency improvement, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities
  • Strong and effective team player in working with various disciplines and peer groups; can cover all gamut of tasks required to ‘getting a job done.’
  • Positive attitude; willingness to learn, adapt, and progressively take on more responsibility over time

Experience/Education

  • 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure investing, strategy consulting, banking, private equity or real estate; preferred with data center experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics preferred; advanced degree a plus
  • Experience in the Data Center industry, Infrastructure, Construction or Real Estate environments a plus

Location & Language

  • Singapore preferred; flexibility for strong candidates
  • English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility to travel as required
