Manager - Contract Management Procurement

We are setting up a team of highly trained professionals to craft effective procurement strategies, find cost-effective deals and suppliers, build market intelligence and manage the entire process from initial requisition to invoice payment.

Your Role

• Developing and driving the Dream Sports vendor development and sourcing strategy.
• Partnering with different teams for building contracts and contract administration of all third-party agreements.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the procurement process to prevent risks from becoming issues and to improve performance.
• Ensure that the department follows established policies, procedures, and regulations for purchasing goods and services.
• Ability to close the best deals (across all departments) commercially with enough market inputs/comparisons/technical understanding.
• Regularly review purchasing controls to ensure they are still the right fit for the company to ensure that controls are being complied with.

Qualifiers

• Minimum 8 years experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and strategic sourcing.
• Handled technology procurement in last 5 years.
• CIPS level 3 certification or equivalent.
