■ ビジネス戦略とオポチュニティ創出（Business Strategy & Sales）- 担当テリトリーの売上目標達成に向けたビジネス戦略の定義、およびオポチュニティ・パイプラインの継続的な管理
- アカウント営業チームと連携したアカウント戦略の策定（サービスエキスパートとしてビジネス機会を最大化し、Red Hat製品を含めたアカウント全体の成長を実現する戦略的視点）
- フィールドセールスチーム、アライアンス、パートナープログラムとの強固な社内連携を通じた担当テリトリーの成長促進
- マーケティングチームと連携した、担当アカウントに対するサービスオポチュニティプランやキャンペーンのリード
- テリトリー内における収益および売上の正確かつ一貫した予測（フォアキャスト）管理、および計画とのギャップ発生時におけるリカバリープランの迅速な策定・実行
- Red Hat製品を中核とした、顧客課題に対し効果的でビジネスインパクトの大きいサービスソリューションの設計・導入
- コンサルティング・ソリューションのプリセールスおよびスコーピングの主導・支援
- プロジェクト状況・顧客満足度のモニタリングと、全プロジェクトの成功裏な完了に向けたデリバリー推進
- 10〜15名程度のコンサルタントチームのピープルマネジメント（コーチングや手厚いサポートを通じた高パフォーマンスチームの構築）
- 今後のビジネスニーズを見据えた、コンサルティングリソースの人員計画・育成計画の策定および実行
- テクニカルコンサルティングまたはビジネスコンサルティングの知識・実務経験
- プロジェクトデリバリーの経験
- コンサルティングプリセールスの経験
- 複数の製品・技術を組み合わせ、顧客のビジネス価値を実現する複雑なソリューションを設計する能力
- アジャイル開発、アプリケーションモダナイゼーション、クラウドネイティブアーキテクチャ、AIなど先進技術への基本的理解と強い関心
- 顧客のシニアリーダー（役員クラス等）と強固な関係を築くエンゲージメントスキル
- 3年以上のピープルマネジメント経験およびスキル（目標設定、評価、育成等）
- アプリケーション開発およびクラウドソリューションに関する知識
- カンファレンスやミートアップ等での登壇・講演経験（または同等の優れたプレゼンテーション能力）
- 語学力：ネイティブレベルの日本語、およびビジネスレベルの英語力

Skills Required
- Technical consulting or business consulting knowledge and practical experience
- Project delivery experience
- Consulting presales experience
- Ability to design complex solutions combining multiple products and technologies to deliver customer business value
- Basic understanding of and strong interest in agile development, application modernization, cloud-native architecture, and artificial intelligence
- Engagement skills for building strong relationships with senior customer leaders and executives
- At least three years of people management experience, including goal setting, evaluations, and development
- Knowledge of application development and cloud solutions
- Conference or meetup speaking experience, or equivalent strong presentation skills
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
