As a Compensation Programs and Analytics manager, you will focus on running the cyclical compensation cycles, enhancing operational efficiency for all programs and propose data-driven enhancements. Tapping into your expertise in data analytics and compensation principles, you will provide valuable insights to drive informed decision-making processes. You'll help drive operational and organizational optimizations across the company with a focus on Compensation Programs

You Will:

  • Responsible for development, design, planning and project management of compensation programs, policies and processes.
  • Act as internal guide regarding compensation analytics, programs and processes for the company
  • Lead developing and implementing global compensation programs, particularly bi annual compensation review cycles
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in identifying processes, programs or capabilities that could benefit from automation, process enhancements or re-engineering to optimize performance and future growth opportunities
  • Implement compensation systems to support cyclical compensation cycles
  • Build out excel models and conduct analysis related to compensation programs. Ability to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and implement our business decisions
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and assess the integrity and validity of the data reported
  • Streamline compensation processes through operational and system enhancements via Workday, Zendesk, and other internal systems
  • Create materials to communicate strategic priorities and findings to senior management
  • Work from our India office in Gurgaon for 3 days of the week

You Have:

  • 8 - 10 years of proven experience in a professional, fast-paced environment. A proven background in Compensation and Mathematics, Finance, Statistics or Economics preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years dynamic Human Resources and compensation experience with increasing levels of responsibility in identifying, guiding, designing, recommending, and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to clients' challenges
  • Minimum of 2 years people management experience required
  • Strong analytical capabilities, familiarity with broader underlying concepts, and ability to communicate persuasively with business partners to resolve highly sophisticated problems and recommend or produce best solutions
  • Works independently to drive and manage projects across multiple functions and client groups, applying subject matter expertise and knowledge of both internal and external business practices to improve products or service offerings
  • Possess exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning, project management, organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau and other BI tools a plus

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
