Job Summary
The Sales Strategy Manager will: • Identify and define revenue growth opportunities through new commercial offerings. • Build business cases to evaluate and prioritize new sales strategies for FreeWheel's technology. • Act as a knowledge broker for current and future commercial offerings. • Collaborate across teams to develop go-to-market strategies and educate sales teams on solution-based selling.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Collaboration: Chair biweekly roundtables with Sales, Sales Marketing, and Product Marketing to gather and communicate commercial ideas and decisions.
  • Business Case Development: Create templates and guide new offerings through executive approval processes.
  • Commercial Planning: Develop pricing, sales responsibilities, client narratives, and KPIs for approved ventures.
  • Sales Enablement: Inspire and equip sales teams to communicate FreeWheel's value and negotiate sustainable deals.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships:
    • Work with Deal Desk on deal-making strategies.
    • Collaborate with Commercial Services on managed services prioritization.
    • Coordinate with Global Strategy on product scalability.
    • Align with segment and product launch strategists on strategic relevance and client feedback.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $118,431.36 - $177,647.04
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
