Our office in Malaysia is looking for a Manager Commercial Finance. This will be a 5 months contract position starting 1 August 2023. This position reports to Commercial Finance Lead. If you have what it takes to be in this role, you are encouraged to apply.
Job Description
- Ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with Groupe policies
- Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure the accuracy of the revenue numbers
- Needs to conduct weekly WIP sessions with all the brand leads
- Maintain an updated and “clean” WIP account
- Work with GL and Reporting team for closing, RF and Commit
- Manage AP and billing team
- Resolve anomalies
- Ensure billing and remuneration are in line with client contracts
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Analyze variances in client profitability and billings reports
Qualifications
- Around 5 years’ experience in a Creative Agency
- Degree or Diploma qualification in Accounting/Finance
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Spectra Accounting Software
