Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager to join our Cloud Accounting Services team and own the following responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Oversee cloud accounting operations, policies, and procedures for compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and review and analyze financial data
• Manage and develop a team of staff accountants/associates
• Stay current with industry trends and accounting regulations to provide top-quality service
• Maintain proficiency with cloud accounting software, oversee and monitor engagement quality, and manage workload allocation

Your experience and education

• You possess a post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, or Computer Science
• You have an advanced proficiency in MS Office, as well as expertise in accounting software programs such as Xero, QuickBooks, and/or Sage
• You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, with emphasis on reporting
• You have previous experience in full-cycle bookkeeping for various clients across various different industries
• You demonstrate excellent prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and learn new programs/skills as required
• You display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

The salary range for this role is $76,000 to $126,000 annually
