Manager, Private Clients
Location: Jersey
Schedule: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week

Intro:
CSC Private Client is a specialist team of administrators which caters specifically for the needs of wealthy families, family offices and owner-managed businesses. You will work closely with your team to manage a portfolio of private clients covering a variety of trust structures. This role requires good attention to detail and someone who is a technical expert with Trusts Structures.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Collaborate with your team to manage your client's portfolio, offering advice from our internal processes
- Become an expert in technical matters relating to trusts
- Liaise with associates in the co-ordination of the company secretarial function for all client companies within the team, to include board and general meetings, statutory requirements including filings, maintenance of registers and attendances at senior level board meetings
- Ensure delivery of client services meets agreed service standards and is compliant with risk management policies, procedures and practices
- Communicate openly and honestly with clients and your team on a regular basis
- Pro-actively manage and develop client relationships, playing a key role in business development
- Maintain client documents with integrity and with the highest level of confidentiality
- Be accessible and approachable to all team members, offering guidance and development when required
- Assist Associate Director to achieve team targets and budgets set by Intertrust
- Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need:
- Strong academic record with a JFSC professional qualification (ICSA/ STEP/ ACCA)
- Experience in a similar role
- Broad understanding the wide range of fiduciary products offered by Intertrust
- Strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and develop junior staff members
- Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solution
