This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) based at our Los Angeles headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day execution of client campaigns under the guidance of a Senior Client Services Manager and/or Director
Manage campaign timelines, trackers, and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
Coordinate across internal teams (Creative, Talent, Strategy, Paid Media, Legal) to move campaigns from kickoff through delivery
Sourcing and vetting creators aligned to a brands campaign objectives and guidelines
Own the creator workflow, including briefing, collecting content, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submissions
Negotiate and contract creators across campaigns in an efficient and timely manner
Monitor campaign progress, proactively flag risks or delays, and help identify solutions to keep projects on track
Support development of client-facing materials, including status updates, reporting, and wrap decks
Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams and with external partners
What You Bring to the Table:
2-4 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, digital marketing, and/or social media
Strong understanding of the creator and influencer landscape, including platform trends and content formats
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially across timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Comfort supporting client-facing conversations and communications
Experience with creator negotiations and contracting is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com (or similar), and creator marketing platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ)
Passion for social media, internet culture, and creator-led storytelling, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
Compensation
$60,000 – $80,000 (base)
