As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our reach and impact. This position will play a key role in our commercial organization and represents a fantastic opportunity for a career in sales with a dynamic, thriving company.


About the role

  • Identify and qualify potential leads, outbound and inbound, by phone, email, social media messaging, and other media as they are made available.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, including qualification, pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting, and closing opportunities, won and lost.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for capabilities demonstrations, proposals sent, and won new business.

What you'll do

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert understanding our products, the impact of our service on our customers’ business, and insights that will make our customers more successful in their business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, key clients, and stakeholders, including clinical research sites and academic institutions.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and document customer interactions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products and services.
  • Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-learning to enhance sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: able to build rapport and establish trust.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and analyze sales data.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, as needed.
  • Desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Preferred: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or a highly similar position.


Location & Travel:

This position is fully remote. You can work anywhere in the US with the requirement of being available based on EST time zone.


This position will require light travel. There would be the possibility of traveling to a few trade shows per year.

Salary Range - $65,000 --- $85,000
