About the opportunity

At QIAGEN, data-driven decision-making is essential to driving business performance and enabling sustainable growth. As Manager Business Analytics, you will contribute to the delivery of analytics initiatives that provide actionable insights across the organization. Working in a collaborative environment, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to transform data into business value, support business priorities, and drive continuous improvement.

In this leadership role, you will coordinate analytics activities, support project execution, and help translate business needs into impactful reporting and analytical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and regions, providing data-driven recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making. Success in this position requires a combination of analytical expertise, business acumen, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.


Your tasks include

  • Lead or actively contribute to business analytics projects that support organizational and departmental objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across regions and functions to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, ensuring an understanding of business needs and delivering impactful analytical support.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities using platforms such as Qlik Sense, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Support the adoption of data-driven decision-making by providing high-quality analyses, dashboards, and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing reporting standards and analytics capabilities.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Openness to work under a limited-term employment contract until December 31, 2028.
  • Several years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms, preferably Qlik Sense, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including reporting, dashboarding, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience transforming large and complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience coordinating projects, initiatives, or small teams is an advantage.
