We’re seeking a Manager, Benefits to lead our benefits, wellness, retirement, and leave administration teams and help shape the future of employee wellbeing.


🔍 About the Role:

As the Manager, Benefits, you will oversee the administration and compliance of our Employee Benefit Plan, Retirement Plan, Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, Workers Compensation, and Wellness initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with Payroll, Business Solutions, and HR leadership to ensure our programs are effective, compliant, and aligned with our mission.


Responsibilities

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Benefits and LOA teams, setting goals and driving performance.

Oversee daily operations of benefit plans, including audits, enrollments, and wellness programming.

Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate payroll deductions and system configurations.

Evaluate and recommend benefit plan designs and vendor relationships.

Lead Open Enrollment planning and execution.

Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA, COBRA, and other regulations.

Manage retirement and pension plan administration and audits.

Oversee LOA programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work strategies.

Deliver training and present benefits information to new hires and staff.

Qualifications

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Master’s degree preferred.

Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification desired.

6+ years of benefits administration experience (healthcare industry preferred).

2+ years of supervisory experience required.

Minimum pay rangeUSD $72,770.26/Yr. Maximum pay rangeUSD $129,818.62/Yr.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification or similar certification
  • 6+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
