Cricket.com - We are aggressively developing a fan centric cricket platform at the intersection of big data, simplified design and gamification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns geared towards customer acquisition for A23 Poker.
- Analyze campaign-level data and come up with insights to grow our customer base at A23 Poker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Analytics and
- Customer Support to implement acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquisition programs, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in acquisition and loyalty strategies.
- Work closely with the analytics team to track key metrics and KPIs related to acquisition and loyalty, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support acquisition and loyalty initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in the online gaming space, particularly in India.
Qualifications
- MBA from Tier 1 institutes with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, customer acquisition, or strategy roles, preferably within the online gaming or e-commerce industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of the Indian gaming market is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Poker as a game is essential for this role.
