- Strategic: IX values partnerships and providing strategic insights to the agencies and marketers who leverage our exchange. In this role, you will be responsible for not only day-to-day account management and operations, but also for providing insights and recommendations to our external stakeholders around the programmatic ecosystem as a whole. You’ll bring a strong point of view and help your team do the same.
- Collaborative: In order to retain and grow our agency accounts, you will work cross-functionally with sales, analytics, technical teams, and publisher account teams to become a subject matter expert on the IX Platform. You’ll also foster that same collaborative spirit within your team, creating an environment of shared learning and accountability.
- Communicative: You will be working with a number of clients and internal stakeholders at any given time, and will be expected to communicate effectively both internally and externally. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where building trusted relationships with agencies and marketers is essential. - 6+ years of experience in digital media, with an in-depth understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape (e.g. ad server, ad network, exchange, SSP, DSP, agency trading desk, PMP, etc.).
- 1-2 years of experience managing direct reports, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold a team accountable.
- Proven experience working with large agencies; experience with Dentsu or WPP is a strong plus.
