Overview:

We are searching for a reliable, organized Management Trainee to join our organization. The management trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. 

To be successful as a Management Trainee, you should have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Role:

  • Liaising with Senior Management and Presenting Weekly Reports
  • Participating in Meetings, Workshops, and other Learning Opportunities
  • Gaining Knowledge of all different Departments by assisting on Day-To-Day Operations.
  • Researching the Business thoroughly and Adapting Strategies accordingly.
  • Observing and Learning from Experienced Staff Members.
  • Monitor and Improve Performance on Daily Base.
  • Develop and Implement Procedures that increase Business Profitability.
  • Some Traveling to different Offices and Participating in Daily Operations as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or a Related Field (Preferably a Master's Degree).
  • Written and Verbal fluency in English and German.
  • You’ll be target driven, competitive and ambitious.
  • You like working in an international company with many different cultures around you.
  • Great Analytical Skills.
  • Living in, or Willing to relocate to Malta and immediately available.
  • Experience in a management role or similar.
