Management Trainee – Project Management
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Project Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on exposure in project coordination, work closely with project leads and senior stakeholders, and grow within a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Support project managers and leads in planning, tracking, and executing projects across teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time
- Prepare and maintain project documentation — plans, status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Monitor task progress and flag risks or delays proactively to the relevant leads
- Assist in identifying process gaps and support implementation of improvements
- Facilitate inter-team communication to keep all stakeholders aligned
- Track project statuses and prepare regular updates for management review
- Ensure adherence to project workflows, standards, and company policies
What We're Looking For
- MBA (any specialization); Project Management or Supply Chain background is a plus
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management; prior exposure to a product-based company or startup is an advantage — freshers are welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and presentation ability
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and a collaborative attitude
