Job Description

Park 6 Logistic is seeking a motivated and career-driven Management Trainee to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

This position offers the opportunity to gain practical experience across key areas of our business, including daily operations, team coordination, customer service, performance management, and organizational planning.

Working alongside experienced team members and leadership, you will learn how to manage priorities, solve operational challenges, support employees, and contribute to business performance. As your knowledge and capabilities develop, you will take on greater responsibility and prepare for future leadership opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and support day-to-day operational and management processes.
  • Assist with coordinating teams, schedules, priorities, and workflow.
  • Work closely with management to understand business objectives and performance expectations.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational quality.
  • Support employees in maintaining productivity and service standards.
  • Assist with customer and internal business needs in a professional manner.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and help ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities.
  • Develop practical leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress through the program.
