Job Overview:
As a Management Trainee Engineer (MTR) at Avanceon, you will be part of the Pak PMT team, working on projects that involve control systems, instrumentation, and SCADA. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in engineering concepts and practices, allowing you to contribute to the successful delivery of engineering projects while developing your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of control systems and instrumentation.
- Work on SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling industrial processes.
- Support the installation, configuration, and commissioning of control systems and instrumentation hardware.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in control systems and SCADA.
- Work closely with senior engineers and team leads to learn best practices and methodologies.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all engineering activities.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and SCADA systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., PLC programming, HMI development, etc.) is a plus.
