Position OverviewOur Management Trainee Program offers paid, hands-on training with mentorship from experienced leaders. You’ll rotate through key departments while developing the skills necessary to lead teams, manage accounts, and drive results in a fast-paced business environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearn and implement sales and marketing strategies
Assist with campaign planning and execution
Build strong client and customer relationships
Participate in team leadership, coaching, and mentoring
Support daily operations and performance tracking
Learn business management, time management, and financial fundamentals
Prepare for advancement into assistant management and management roles
