Role Overview

As a Management Engineer, you'll lead and facilitate improvement initiatives across multiple departments, applying methodologies like Lean, design thinking, and agile to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve outcomes. You'll collaborate with leadership, prepare reports for stakeholders, and support teams in achieving their goals. This role is critical to driving innovation and continuous improvement throughout the institution.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Support Transformation Consulting leadership on larger system projects.
  • Supervise tasks of Student Analysts as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Experience applying problem-solving approaches.
  • Strong knowledge of effective data gathering techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, human factors, or related field.
  • Equivalent industry training and experience.
