Welcome to Sendero. Welcome to How.
Few question why an enterprise should better serve customers, make their workforce more productive, or drive growth to new heights. Why can excite and inspire. But why is a reason, not a solution. To make progress and projects possible with tangible business impact, why needs solutions. Why needs how. How is the business we are in.
Sendero consultants improve operations, optimize technology, enhance customer experiences, and advance workforce productivity for our clients.
How do we do it? We see the big picture, know what to do about it, and plan for action. We’re accountable. We roll up our sleeves and get things done. We respect budgets and deadlines. That’s how we make change happen. For our clients and our community.
As a Senior Manager at Sendero, you’ll lead and develop managers and team members, oversee complex programs and all phases of delivery, partner with senior client stakeholders to shape and scale solutions, and drive the firm’s growth through business development, account expansion, and differentiated personal relevance.
