As a Management Consulting - Sales, Service and Marketing Intern, you will engage with clients to enhance their customer experiences and drive loyalty through strategic initiatives. Within our Advisory practice, you will support teams in delivering innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies. You will support teams by participating in projects, conducting research, and performing basic tasks that contribute to the team's success. This role emphasizes the importance of adopting a learning mindset, actively listening, and appreciating diverse perspectives to develop your potential.

Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in delivering customer-centric strategies to enhance client experiences
- Participating in projects focused on improving customer engagement and loyalty
- Assisting in the design and implementation of customer experience (CX) strategies
- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement
- Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize client interactions
- Collaborating with team members to manage customer data and feedback effectively
- Observing and learning from experienced consultants to develop personal skills
- Applying active listening and communication skills to contribute to team discussions
- Gathering and analyzing data to support customer relationship management efforts
- Contributing to the development of customer satisfaction surveys and analysis
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
