Responsibilities:
- Assist in output development based on provided outlines (deliverables, internal initiatives, business
development efforts, etc.) by your seniors/supervisors.
- Demonstrate strong reasoning and critical thinking skills in defining problem statements, identifying root
causes of business issues, defining solution frameworks, and identifying resources, data, and information
requirements to deliver effective solutions.
- Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness in research and data collection activities.
- Display proficiency in formatting, spelling, and business skills while creating outputs.
- Engage the audience through effective verbal communications and presentations.
- Develop effective working relationships with mid-level client management.
- Assess the client's agenda, internal culture, and possess change readiness with guidance.
- Proactively seek opportunities to support internal initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of Intellectual Capital from client work with senior oversight.
