As a Management Consulting - Finance Solutions Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their financial performance and make informed decisions. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. In this role, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Responsibilities
- Supporting financial management and reporting activities to optimize business performance
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial operations and provide tailored solutions

- Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements to validate compliance with accounting standards
- Engaging in budgetary management tasks to track and manage departmental expenses

- Contributing to the modernization of core business systems to improve operational efficiency

What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
