We Seek:
High-energy, self-driven consultants with:
- 6-10 years' industry experience
- Expertise in organizational transformation & change management
- Proven success in high-performance consulting
- Exceptional facilitation and delivery skills
Ideal Candidates Offer:
- Extensive experience managing projects for enterprise-level companies
- Background with complex/multinational organizations (preferred)
- Capital project consulting experience
- Executive/leadership coaching capability
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and coach C-suite leaders
- Lead workshops (25+ participants)
- Manage $750K+ engagements
- Bridge strategy and execution for people-focused initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Management consulting background (industry specialization a plus)
- Ability to navigate matrixed enterprises
- Established C-level credibility
- Project management mastery
- Long-term client partnership experience
- Ability to transform mindsets and behaviors
- Strategic relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial yet collaborative approach
- Proven large-group facilitation expertise
- Commitment to lifelong learning and client impact
- Superior analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to travel (frequency flexible)
