The Opportunity

We Seek:
High-energy, self-driven consultants with:

  • 6-10 years' industry experience
  • Expertise in organizational transformation & change management
  • Proven success in high-performance consulting
  • Exceptional facilitation and delivery skills

Ideal Candidates Offer:

  • Extensive experience managing projects for enterprise-level companies
  • Background with complex/multinational organizations (preferred)
  • Capital project consulting experience
  • Executive/leadership coaching capability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and coach C-suite leaders
  • Lead workshops (25+ participants)
  • Manage $750K+ engagements
  • Bridge strategy and execution for people-focused initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Management consulting background (industry specialization a plus)
  • Ability to navigate matrixed enterprises
  • Established C-level credibility
  • Project management mastery
  • Long-term client partnership experience
