The Opportunity

  • 6-10 years' relevant experience
  • Deep expertise in organizational transformation & change leadership
  • Proven ability to drive large-scale performance improvement
  • Outstanding facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Ideal Candidates Possess:

  • Experience delivering complex projects for FTSE 250/Global 2000 organizations
  • Background in professional services or management consulting
  • Capital program transformation experience
  • Board-level advisory capability

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Coaching C-suite and senior leadership teams
  • Facilitating high-stakes workshops (25-50 participants)
  • Leading £500K+ transformation engagements
  • Bridging strategic vision with operational execution

  • Exceptional commercial and business acumen
  • Management consulting pedigree (sector specialization preferred)
  • Mastery in navigating global matrix organizations
  • Established C-level advisory credibility
  • Programme leadership expertise
