Management Consultant – Technology Delivery Lead

Lead and deliver strategic technology transformations within Financial Services.
The Role
As a Delivery Lead within Capco’s Technology & Engineering practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring successful delivery of complex, multi-stream technology initiatives across our financial services clients. You’ll be at the forefront of planning, coordinating, and executing strategic programmes, bridging business and technology to deliver measurable results. This role requires a blend of leadership, delivery discipline, and client engagement to ensure value creation from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes and projects across financial services clients
Oversee planning, execution, and quality assurance across technology and business initiatives
Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment of delivery to strategic goals
Build and mentor high-performing, cross-functional delivery teams
Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to drive transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence
What We’re Looking For
Proven management consulting experience leading large-scale Technology programmes within financial services
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe or PRINCE2 methodologies
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, IT transformation, and emerging tech e.g. Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
A delivery mindset with a focus on outcomes, risk management, and continuous improvement
Bonus Points For
Experience in three or more of the following: Agile transformation, IT transformation, technical delivery, programme/portfolio architecture
Experience delivering programmes across multiple geographies and business domains
Track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships with clarity and sensitivity
Experience contributing to sales efforts through proposal development and client engagement
Knowledge of current technology trends and their impact on digital transformation in FS
