The Opportunity – SingaporeWe are building our talent pipeline for consulting opportunities with leading energy and capital project clients in the region.
Note: This is not an IT/technology role.
6–10+ years of experience in organizational transformation, change leadership, or capital program consulting
A track record of delivering large-scale performance improvement in complex project environments (oil & gas, energy, or engineering & construction)
Outstanding facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with credibility at the C-suite and project director level
Proven experience leading transformation or organizational change in capital projects or oil & gas environments
Background in management consulting or a transformation-focused role within a large multinational
Experience partnering with senior executives on projects valued at US$500M+
Board-level advisory capability and comfort influencing senior stakeholders
Ability to bridge strategic vision with operational execution in high-pressure project settings
Coaching C-suite leaders and senior project executives on transformation and leadership effectiveness
Facilitating large-scale workshops (25–50+ participants) in high-stakes capital project environments
Leading transformation engagements with budgets exceeding S$1M+
Embedding cultural and behavioral change programs that directly impact project outcomes (safety, cost, schedule, and productivity)
Strong commercial and business acumen with a focus on capital-intensive industries
Experience navigating global, matrixed organizations and joint ventures
Track record of building long-term client partnerships in energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel across Asia-Pacific
